- The product must be in its original packaging
- At least 50% of the product must remain unused

Return Process
Once your refund request is approved:

Refund Processing

Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refund:
- Products returned after 30 days from delivery
- Products that have been opened and more than 50% used
- Products without original packaging
- Products damaged due to misuse or neglect
- Products purchased from unauthorized retailers
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product:

- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you

Wrong Item Shipped

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product:

- This ensures you receive your new product as quickly as possible
International Orders
For international orders:
- The same 30-day satisfaction period applies
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
- Refunds will be processed in US Dollars
- Currency conversion rates may affect the final refund amount
